| Abstract: | První část práce obsahuje vymezení a charakteristiku mandatorních výdajů. Věnuje se jejich vývojovým trendům a problémům, které jsou s nimi úzce spjaty. Druhá část práce zkoumá jednu ze složek mandatorních výdajů a to nemocenské pojištění, přičemž hlavní důraz je kladen na nemocenské. Podchyceny jsou především změny v nemocenské a jejich dopady na systém nemocenského pojištění ve smyslu: příjmů, výdajů, průměrného procenta pracovní neschopnosti a průměrné doby trvání jednoho případu pracovní neschopnosti. Práce zachycuje i vztah mezi výší mzdy a nemocností. |

| Abstract: | The first part includes the definition and characteristics of mandatory spending. It deals with the developments and problems that are closely linked with them. The second section examines one of the components of mandatory spending namely health insurance, with the main emphasis is on sick pay. Are mainly reflected changes in the sick pay and their impact on health insurance within the meaning of: income, expenditure, average percentage of sick leave and the average duration of one case of sick leave. Work describes the relationship between wage levels and sickness rate. |
