| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou exportu a návrhem exportní strategie společnosti Gumotex, a.s. se sídlem v Břeclavi, která je největším tuzemským zpracovatelem polyuretanových pěn. Teoretická část je zaměřena na postup, který by měla firma uplatňovat při vstupu na zahraniční trhy. V praktické části je obsažena analýza celkového exportu společnosti a návrh na rozšíření portfolia vyvážených výrobků. V práci byly využity interní materiály společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the export analysis and recommendation of export strategy of the company Gumotex, a.s. based in Břeclav. Gumotex is the biggest national processor of polyurethane foam. Theoretical part explains the procedure which should be followed by a company trying to enter an international market. Analytical part includes the analysis of company's total export and a suggestion on enlargement of its exported portfolio. Internal documents were used in this thesis. |
