| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci společnosti Ostravské komunikace, a.s. z pohledu externího uživatele na základě dostupných dat z výročních zpráv za roky 2005 až 2009. Práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí. První z nich popisuje metodický aparát s použitými finančními ukazateli, druhá se zabývá interpretací jednotlivých ukazatelů, snaží se najít příčinu jejich výskytu a v případě potřeby navrhnout jistá doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to valorise the financial situation of the company Ostravské komunikace,a.s. from the view of external analytic on the basis of the data available from annual statements in the period 2005-2009. The thesis is divided into two basic parts. The first one describes methods of applied financial indicators, the second part is trying to interpret individual indicators, tries to find out a reason of their appearance and in the case of need propose certain recommendation. |
