| Abstract: | Předmětem této práce je aplikace bonitních a bankrotních modelů na dvou společnostech a posouzení, zda jsou modely schopné obě společnosti správně zařadit. Modely jsou použity na společnostech Hartmann-Rico a.s., která je v dobré finančně-ekonomické situaci, a Pliva-Lachema, která byla ohrožena úpadkem a od 1. 1. 2010 je v likvidaci. První část je věnována problematice na teoretické úrovni. Ve druhé části je tato problematika aplikována na obě společnosti a je zhodnoceno, s jakou přesností byly společnosti ohodnoceny jednotlivými modely. V závěru bude vyhodnocena vypovídací schopnost modelů. |

| Abstract: | The object of this paper is the application of solvency models and bankruptcy prediction models on two companies and assessment whether the models are capable of correctly classifying both companies. Models are used on companies Hartmann-Rico a.s., which is in good financial-economic situation, and Pliva-Lachema a.s., which was threatened by bankruptcy and from 1st January 2010 is in liquidation. The first part is devoted to the issue at the theoretical level. In the second part is this issue applied on both companies and is evaluated with which accuracy the companies were rated by different models. The conclusion will be assessed the explanatory power of models. |
