| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou firemní kultury, a to jak z teoretického hlediska, tak i z hlediska praktického - pro demonstraci fungování firemní kultury v praxi jsem si zvolil společnost ČSOB. V teoretické části je důraz kladen na vymezení pojmů souvisejících s tématem kultury, dále na podnikovou identitu a etiku, vlivy působící na firemní kulturu a také na změny firemní kultury. V další části je popsána společnost ČSOB a její vlastník, společnost KBC. V praktické části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé části firemní kultury, jako například etický kodex, vztah k zaměstnancům, CSR a tak dále. |

| Abstract: | The object of this thesis is the issue of corporate culture from both theoretical and practical points of view. I've chosen a company ČSOB and its corporate culture to demonstrate corporate culture system functioning in practice. The main aim of the theoretical part is to determinate main terms connected to this issue, than to describe corporate identity and image as well as main effects influencing and changing the corporate culture. The company ČSOB and its owner KBC are described in next part. The third part is based on particular segments of the corporate culture as for example the ethics code, relationship between employees, CSR and so on. |
