| Abstract: | Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí -- teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část vychází z pojmu motivace a z dalších poznatků s tímto pojmem souvisejících. Přibližuje důvody, ze kterých plyne dané jedincovo chování -- jedná se o jeho potřeby, hodnoty, zájmy atd. Cílem celé teoretické části bylo vytvořit konceptuální rámec pro část praktickou. Těžiště části praktické spočívá v terénním šetření zaměřeném na zjištění konkrétních faktorů ovlivňujících motivaci ke studiu na fakultě managementu. |

| Abstract: | My work is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part results from the term motivation and other knowledge related to this topic. It outlines the reasons for the individual behavior - his needs, values, interests etc. The main objective of the theoretical part was to create a conceptual frame for the practical part. The focus of the practical parts lies in the field research aimed at the discovery of specific factors which have an influence on the motivation for studies at the Faculty of management. |
