| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá diskriminací na trhu práce z genderových důvodů, jinak řečeno diskriminací pohlaví. Teoretická část se opírá o teorii diskriminace, rozšířenou o genderovou problematiku nerovnosti na trhu práce a v organizacích. Cílem praktické části je poté zjistit, jaká je aktuální situace na trhu práce z pohledu genderu a následně pomocí vlastního dotazníkového šetření vyhodnotit zkušenosti lidí s genderovými nerovnostmi. Přes zlepšující se situaci na trhu práce se stále setkáváme s genderovými nerovnostmi, které se velice pomalu odstraňují a brání tak naprosté rovnosti mezi pohlavími. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with discrimination in the labour market caused by reason of gender, by another name it deals with sex-based discrimination. The theoretic part is based upon the theory of discrimination which is extended by the themes of gender, its inequalities in the labour market and in the organizations. The aim of practical part is then, how the actual situation in the labour market is from the view of gender and analyse the experience of people with the gender inequalities in consequence by the help of my own questionnaire. In spite of better situation in the labour market, people can still meet the gender inequalities which are disappearing very slowly and therefore obstructing the beginning of the total gender equation. |
