| Abstract: | Práce zkoumá vývoj přímých zahraničních investic od počátku nového tisíciletí až do současnosti, zejména dopady probíhající hospodářské krize na další vývoj. Celou práci prolíná přihlédnutí k jednomu typu investic, a sice k fúzím a akvizicím. Poslední kapitola analyzuje dopady provedených akvizic na fungování společnosti na vybraných příkladech(Slovnaft a MOL, Zentiva a Sanofi-Aventis). |
