| Abstract: | Čína a Indie jsou součástí uskupení BRIC, tedy zemí s velkým potenciálem. Cílem práce je komparace obou ekonomik, a to včetně predikcí do budoucnosti. První část je věnována historickému vývoji obou zemí s jeho dopady na současné obchodní vztahy. Druhá část je zaměřena na komparaci obou ekonomik, třetí posuzuje tyto země z demografického hlediska a sociální situace. Poslední dvě části analyzují platební bilanci a přímé zahraniční investice, zejména jejich vývoj, teritoriální a komoditní strukturu. |

| Abstract: | China and India are the members of the group BRIC, which is a union of countries with a huge economic potential. The main aim of this thesis is the comparison of both the economies including future predictions. The first part is focused on the countries' historic development and its impact on contemporary business relations. The second part is dedicated to the comparison of these countries from the demographic point of view and their social situation. The last two parts analyse the balance of payments and foreign direct investments, particularly their trends, territorial and commodity structures. |
