| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá etikou a etickým chováním firem v ČR. Objasňuje důležité pojmy související s etikou, soustřeďuje se na způsoby zavedení etiky do chodu podniku, především na etické kodexy. Dále nastiňuje, jak vnímají současný stav etiky v podnikání občané ČR, jakými organizacemi je etické podnikání podporováno a ukazuje, že chovat se eticky přináší podnikům jistou konkurenční výhodu. |

It clarifies important aspects within ethics focusing on ways to implement ethics and ethical codes into businesses. It also outlines how Czech citizens view the actual state of business ethics in the Czech Republic and which organizations support business ethics. Finally, it shows that ethical behavior brings a company a competitive advantage. |
