| Abstract: | Práce analyzuje obchodní zvláštnosti a kulturní specifika Kuvajtu. V první části podává stručnou geografickou a demografickou charakteristiku země a základní informace o její historii. Dále se věnuje ekonomické situaci a prostředí a problematice vstupu zahraničních subjektů na kuvajtský trh. Zaměřuje se na zvláštnosti kuvajtské kultury a jejich vliv zejména na obchodní jednání zahraničními partnery. Poslední část práce charakterizuje průběh samotného obchodního jednání a snaží se poskytnout doporučení pro úspěšné jednání s kuvajtskými obchodníky. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes business particularities and cultural specifics of Kuwait. The first part gives a brief summary of geographic and demographic characteristics of the country and basic information about its history. The thesis deals with economic situation and environment as well as with the problematic of the foreign investors entering the Kuwaiti market. It focuses on the particularities of the Kuwaiti culture and mainly on their influence on the business dealings with foreign partners. The last part of the thesis describes the business proceedings and tries to recommend the best course of action when dealing with Kuwaiti businessmen. |
