| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se v první části věnuje systému pojistného platného v roce 1992. Ve druhé části je popsán stav pojistného v roce 1993 v souvislosti s proběhlou reformou celé daňové soustavy v České republice. Třetí část analyzuje hlavní změny k konstrukčních prvků pojistného. Stěžejními zákony jsou zákon č. 589/1992 Sb. o pojistném na sociální zabezpečení a příspěvku na státní politiku zaměstnanosti a zákon č. 592/1992 Sb. o pojistném na všeobecné zdravotní pojištění. V čtvrté části je analyzován vývoj výnosů z pojistného z hlediska mezinárodního srovnání či závislosti na různých proměnných jako je míra nezaměstnanosti nebo hrubý domácí produkt. |

| Abstract: | The first part of the final thesis describes social security contributions in 1992. In the second part is analysed the system of social security contributions and health contributions in 1993 in connection with the tax reform in the Czech Republic. The third part deals with main changes of contributions structure. Basic laws are the social security contribution act No. 589/1992 Coll. and the health contribution act No. 592/1992 Coll.. In the last part is analysed development of contributions in term of international comparisons or depending on variables such as rate of unemployment or gross domestic product. |
