| Abstract: | Klíčovou otázku pro tuto práci představuje, jak působit na politické činitele, aby se rozhodovali tak, aby maximalizovali společenský blahobyt. Práce zkoumá, které ukazatele jsou pro tuto problematiku vhodné, zda by tím klíčovým ukazatelem mohl být ukazatel HDP, či zda je nutné sledovat více ukazatelů. Teoretický základ, který popisuje politické rozhodování a materiální a nemateriální výstup ekonomiky je doplněn o praktickou aplikaci dosažených poznatků na Českou republiku. |

| Abstract: | The key question for this thesis is how to influence decision makers to make their decisions in favour of the society's well-being. This work studies which indicators are suitable in doing so. If it could be gross domestic product or if it is necessary to take into account more indicators. Theoretical background which describes the decision making in politics and the material and nonmaterial output of the economy is then elaborated on the case study of Czech Republic. |
