| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá porušováním práv z ochranné známky napodobením na pozadí právní úpravy nekalé soutěže a známkového práva. Protože se jedná o oblast z velké části normativně neupravenou, jsou zásadní otázky zkoumány v kontextu vývoje judikatury, a to jak československé, české, i evropské. Práce je doplněna také obrazovými přílohami. |

This also includes aspects of unfair competition, and in most of the cases a couple of factors are involved.I use Czechoslovakian, Czech, as well as some European court verdicts in relation to different legal regulations. |
