| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje postupné integraci regulace a dohledu v rámci Evropské unie. V teoretické části mé práce uvádím základní vymezení pojmů spojených s tímto tématem, argumenty pro a proti regulaci a také vývoj regulace a dohledu v České republice. Obsahem této části práce je také počátek hospodářské integrace Evropy, na který volně navazuje téma týkající se počátku integrace regulace a dohledu. V praktické části se zabývám již novodobým uspořádáním regulace a dohledu v Evropské unii. Především pak komplexní analýzou zprávy J. de Larosiéra, s bližším zaměřením na ratingové agentury. |

| Abstract: | This work concerned with the progressive integration of regulation and supervision within the frame of European Union. In the theoretical part there is basic determination of notions related with this theme, pro and con arguments and also development of regulation and supervision in Czech Republic. This part also contents beginning of economic integration in Europe and theme concerned with beginnings of integration regulation and supervision. The practical part concerned with modern form of regulation and supervision in European Union. Particularly I mention global analysis of J. de Larosiére report, specifying rating agencies. |
