| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou institucionálního uspořádání regulace a dohledu České republice a na úrovni Evropské unie. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část obsahuje úvod do problematiky vymezením základních pojmů regulace a dohledu. Druhá část je věnována teoretickému výkladu alternativ institucionálního uspořádání, vývoji trendu integrace a stavu institucionálního uspořádání z hlediska Evropské unie. Třetí část je zaměřena na samotný vývoj institucionálního uspořádání v České republice, praktické zhodnocení jeho úspěšnosti a dále na možný budoucí trend integrace v oblasti celoevropské regulace a dohledu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with problem of institutional structure of financial regulation and supervision in Czech Republic and European Union. Thesis is divided into three parts. First part includes explanation of basic terms connected with regulation and supervision. Second part is dedicated to theoretical description of alternatives of institutional structure, integration trend and situation of institutional structure of regulation and supervision in EU. Third part is focused on development of institutional structure in Czech Republic and sums up its success. In third part is also mentioned possible integration trend of regulation and supervision of European financial markets. |
