| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení projektové žádosti a studie proveditelnosti, která byla podána v operačním programu OPPK v prioritní ose 3.3 Inovace podnikání pod názvem "Zvýšení efektivnosti v oblasti tvorby, pronájmu a provozování informačních systémů", která nebyla schválena. Teoretická část se věnuje stručnému představení fondů Evropské unie a definici finančních ukazatelů použitých při věcném hodnocení. Praktická část je zaměřena na nalezení formálních i neformálních chyb, kterých se dopustil zpracovatel žádosti, a zpracování návrhů včetně doporučení, jenž by byly za daných podmínek vhodnějším řešením. Přidanou hodnotou práce je identifikace nedostatků výše uvedené studie proveditelnosti i projektové žádosti, které budou moci posloužit jako podklad a návod pro vyvarování se obdobných chyb při psaní dalších projektů v programu OPPK. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to evaluate the project application and feasibility study, which was made in the Operational Programme under the priority axis OPPK 3.3 Innovation business under the name "The efficiencies in production, rental and operation of information systems", which was not approved. The theoretical part is devoted to a brief presentation of the European Union funds and the definition of financial indicators used in the evaluation of the merits. The practical part is to find formal and informal mistakes committed by the application processor, and processing of proposals, including recommendations, which would be more suitable under given conditions. Added value of this work is to identify deficiencies of the above mentioned feasibility study and project applications. These will serve as background and guidance for avoiding similar mistakes when writing other projects in the program OPPK |
