| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na ohroženou skupinu obyvatel zdravotně či tělesně postižených. Cílem mé práce je zodpovědět otázku- Jak lépe využít nástrojů k integraci handicapovaných osob na trh práce? K odpovědi na tuto otázku se budu postupně dopracovávat přes teoretickou část- handicapované osoby a úskalí spojené s jejich zaměstnáváním. Dále přes konkrétní organizace a národní plány, jejich použité nástroje při pomoci těmto osobám začlenit se na pracovní trh a jejich řešení problematiky. Hlavní částí bude konkrétní fungující projekt kavárny "Vesmírna", jež zaměstnává pouze osoby s určitým mentálním postižením. Šetřením v praxi zjistím v čem lze spatřit další úskalí a co je třeba konkrétně zlepšit. Součástí práce je tvorba konkrétních hospodářsko-politických opatření za současných finančních možností. |

| Abstract: | This work is focused on vulnerable group of people, namely people with physical and mental disabilities. The aim of my work is to answer the question, "How to make better use of tools to integrate disabled people into the labour market safely?" To answer this question, I will attempt capture in the theoretical part of my study how disabled people work differently and difficulties associated with their employment. Furthermore through specific organizations and national plans already in place, review the tools being used to help these people, integrate them into the labour market and tackle their specific problems. A major part of my study will be the specific functional project café known as "Vesmírna", which employs only people with certain mental disabilities. I will also investigate where other pitfalls can be found and what is needed specifically to improve these dangers daily practice. Part of his work is the creation of specific economic policies and the current financial options that are available to solve them. |
