| Abstract: | Téma bakalářské práce je zasazeno do prostředí jednoho z nejnovějších oborů současného managementu -- do oblasti facility managementu. Praktická část se pak konkrétně dotýká prostředí společnosti OKIN GROUP, a.s., která je v dnešní době největší a nejznámější firmou podnikající v tomto oboru na českém trhu. V rámci tohoto prostředí se práce snaží o specifikování pozice manažera a o určení jeho role v řízení podniku. Cílem je popsat náplň a obsah práce člověka zastávajícího pozici facility manažera a přiblížit skutečnosti, jimiž se liší od obecného pojetí manažera jako takového. Dílčím cílem je také definování poslání tohoto pracovníka a popsání všech oblastí jeho zájmu. Dalším úkolem práce je demonstrace konkrétních požadavků na výkon této pozice v různých společnostech zabývajících se facility managementem včetně jejich komparace. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on one of the newest branch of contemporary management -- facility management. The practical part is situated to the environment of the company OKIN GROUP, a.s., which is nowadays the biggest and the most known company operating in this industry on czech market. In the framework of this environment, thesis provides specifications of the position of facility manager and appoints the role of this employee in the process of business management. The aim of the thesis is to describe the contain of work and duties of this executive and to mention facts, which differ him from the figure of common manager. The particular aim is to define the mission of facility manager and to describe all fields of his interest. Thesis is also dedicated to the presentation of requirements on this profession in several companies dealing in facility management and their comparison. |
