| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce popisuje současný stav střední firmy v oblasti managementu, marketingu, finančního a personálního řízení a ve všech oblastech navrhuje opatření pro dlouhodobý a krátkodobý časový horizont, které by měly zvýšit prosperitu konkrétní střední firmy. V České republice tvoří střední podniky 99,8% všech podniků a představují stabilizátor společnosti. V malých a středních podnicích nejsou manažeři často ekonomicky vzděláni a na řešení problémů vzniklých v důsledku změn okolí podniku nejsou připraveni. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor work describes the current situation of the middle company in the spheres of management, marketing, financial management and human resource management. In every sphere suggests steps for long and short term, which should lead to heighten the prosperity of the middle company. In Czech Republic present middle companies 99, 8 % of all companies and play the role of society's stabilizer. In small and middle companies the managers do not have the economics education and are not prepared to solve the appeared problems as a result of the changes in company's environment. |
