| Abstract: | Práce popisuje jednotlivé kroky modernizace ICT v podniku z důvodů efektivnějšího využití zdrojů a vyšší konkurenceschopnosti na trhu. Čtenář se seznámí se základními technologiemi a jejich využitím, způsoby reorganizace IT v podniku a ovlivňujícími faktory. V praktické části je znázorněn celý proces reorganizace konkrétního výrobního podniku včetně popisu hlavních rizik a předpokládané kalkulace nákladů. |

| Abstract: | This work describes steps in the modernization of ICT in a business for the reasons of efficient resources use and increased competitiveness in the market. The reader will learn the basic technologies and their use, ways to reorganize the IT in business and influencing factors. The practical part is shown the entire process of reorganization of a manufacturing company including description of the principal risks and the estimated cost calculation. |
