| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá přípravou a provedením penzijní reformy v Chile v roce 1981, která vedla k přechodu ze systému průběžného financování na systém kapitálový. Zaměřuji se na proces zavádění kapitálového systému v Chile v podmínkách autoritativního režimu, jeho detailní fungování a ekonomické dopady. Analyzuji financování přechodu, politickoekonomická rizika, vývoj nového penzijního systému v osmdesátých a na počátku devadesátých let a dopady na dnešní Chile. Hlavním přínosem mé práce je ucelení dostupných poznatků o penzijní reformě v Chile v češtině a jejich následná analýza. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the preparation and the implication of the pensionary reform in Chile in 1981. That reform led to the transition from the PAYG system to the capital system. I have focused on the process of the implication of establishing the new capital system in Chile, during the autoritative regime era, its function in detail and economic impacts. I analyze the financing of the transition, political and economical risks, developement of the new pensionary system in the 80s and the beginning of the 90s and the impacts on the present Chile. The main benefits of my thesis is summarising the available data about the pensionary reform in Chile and ensuing analysis of them in the Czech language. |
