| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá veřejnými zakázkami v oblasti IT. Sleduje tento trh tak, jak je vymezen v kategorii "počítače a s tím spojené služby". V první části hodnotí vývoj trhu a následně jej hodnotí z pohledu tří největších hráčů v této oblasti. V následující teoretické části se zabývá v úvodu nastíněním změn, které přinesla novelizace zákona o veřejných zakázkách a dále pokračuje jako rozbor postupu zadávání veřejné zakázky. V poslední praktické části jsou za pomoci regresní analýzy ve dvou modelech zkoumány vlivy na počet nabízejících a vlivy ovlivňující končenou vysoutěženou cenu v porovnání s cenou předpokládanou. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the public procurements of IT and observes the market, as defined in the category "computer and related services". The first part assesses the development of the market which is consecutively assessed from the perspective of the three largest players in this field. In the following theoretical part in the introduction deals with an outline of the changes which were caused by novelization of the Law on Public Procurement and continues as an analysis of the procurement process. In the last practical part with the help of regression analysis this thesis explores influences on number of bidders and influences on final price in comparison with the estimated price. |
