| Abstract: | Práce popisuje podstatu franchisingu a předpoklady jeho úspěšného fungování. Je charakterizován vznik, vývoj a současný stav franchisingu v České republice. Dále jsou analyzovány nezbytné náležitosti franchisingového podnikání, tj. franchisingová smlouva a manuál. V praktické části je zhodnocen a blíže specifikován franchisingový koncept společnosti McDonald's. Následuje představení marketingového plánu a konkrétní řešení zavádění nového dětského produktu do McDonald's. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis describes the essence of franchising and assumptions for its successful functioning. The origin, development and contemporary situation of franchising in the Czech Republic are explained. Then, necessary conditions of franchising business are analyzed- franchising contract and manual. In the second part, the franchise system McDonald's is described and specified. The main scheme is devoted to the marketing plan and to the implemantation of the new children's product on the birthday party to McDonald's. |
