| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat a vysvětlit základní pojmy a metody oceňování nemovitostí v teoretické části. V praktické části pak zjistit administrativní cenu rodinného domu včetně příslušenství a pozemků dle platného cenového předpisu, neboť se domnívám, že bych nebyl schopen dostatečně zohlednit všechny faktory, které působí při tržním ocenění nemovitosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to describe and explain basic concepts and methods of property valuation in the theoretical part. The practical part will determine the administrative cost of the house, including parts of land and according to the current price regulation, because I believe that I was not able to sufficiently take into account all factors that operate in the market valuation. |
