| Abstract: | První část této práce je věnována urovnání dostupných informací o koučinku do jasné struktury. Definuje tuto metodu a její typy, popisuje její hlavní nástroje (funkce otázek, aktivní naslouchání, zpětná vazba, vztah mezi koučem a koučovaným) a modely (zejména The GROW). Dále jsou zde blíže vysvětleny pojmy jako vedoucí role a rozvoj týmů. Druhá část je zaměřena na rozbor aktuálního stavu pobočky AIESEC Praha. Tato analýza slouží jako podklad pro návrh řešení. V poslední části jsou předloženy konkrétní možnosti implementace koučinku na pobočku. Závěrečný návrh bere ohled na její realitu a budoucí plány. Z toho důvodu převažuje doporučení začít s využíváním základních koučinkových principů nad jeho přímým zavedením jako efektivního stylu vedení. |

| Abstract: | The first part is dedicated to organization of available information about coaching to the clear structure. It defines that technique and its styles. It also describes its main instruments (function of questions, active listening, feedback, relationship between coach and coachee) and models (particularly The GROW). Furthermore, it covers also explanation of the notion leadership role and development of teams. The second part is focused on analysis of current state of the local committee AIESEC Praha. It serves as the base for proposal of solution. In the last part, there are presented concrete possibilities of the coaching implementation in the committee. The final suggestion takes into consideration its reality and future plans. For that reason, the recommendation of using basic coaching principles prevails over its direct introduction as effective style of leadership. |
