| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést strategickou analýzu společnosti Variant Příbram s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části jsou popsána teoretická východiska práce. V druhé části je provedena konkrétní strategická analýza včetně syntézy ve formě SWOT analýzy. V závěru jsou formulována strategická doporučení pro podnik. |

In the first part is described the theoretical basis of the thesis. In the second part is worked out a concrete strategic analysis including synthesis in SWOT analysis form. In the conclusion is formulated a strategic recommendation for company. |
