| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou a jejími metodami. První část představuje teoretický popis jednotlivých metod strategické analýzy, včetně definic základních pojmů, významu strategické analýzy a strategie obecně. Druhá část pak představuje praktickou aplikaci těchto metod na malý zdravotnický podnik. Obsahuje i drobné úpravy základních metod pro jejich vhodnější aplikaci na podnik takto specifického odvětví. V závěru práce jsou pak zhodnoceny výsledky jednotlivých metod a jsou též formulována základní doporučení vzniklá na základě provedené strategické analýzy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelors thesis deals with strategic analysis and its methods. The first part represents a theoretical description of methods used in strategic analysis, including terms definitions, meaning and significance of strategic analysis and strategy in general. Second part represents practical application of these methods on a small medical company. It even includes certain adjustments of basic methods so that they are better applicable on company of this specific business sector. The conclusion then evaluates the results of different methods and there are also formulated certain recommendation based on results of the strategic analysis |
