| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou vybraného podniku. Práce má dvě základní části -- teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními pojmy z oblasti strategie, včetně běžně používaných metod. Praktická část aplikuje metody strategické analýzy, popsané v teoretické části. Na základě jednotlivých analýz jsou navržena strategická doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with strategic analysis of selected company. The work has two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of strategy, including the commonly used methods. The practical part applies the methods of strategic analysis, described in the theoretical part. On the basis of particular analysies startegic recommendations are proposed. |
