| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí řízení lidských zdrojů, konkrétně motivací zaměstnanců a s ní souvisejícími zaměstnaneckými benefity. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů motivace jak z obecného, tak z pracovního hlediska a dále se blíže věnuje problematice zaměstnaneckých benefitů, zejména jejich funkci, významu a členění. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu motivačního systému konkrétní společnosti působící na českém trhu. Na základě těchto poznatků je na konci předložen návrh na změny a zlepšení ve zkoumaných oblastech. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the area of human resources management, namely with employee motivation and employee benefits which are related to this subject. The theoretical part focuses on explanation of fundamental terms of motivation both from the general and the work-related point of view. Furthermore thesis focuses on the area of employee benefits, specifically their function, meaning and structuring. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the motivational system of a particular company operating on the Czech market. At the conclusion a concept of changes and improvements is proposed based on these findings. |
