Dále je popsáno, do jaké míry využívá podnik možností zvyšování produktivity, a je doporučen další postup v oblasti zefektivnění výrobního procesu. |

| Abstract: | Main objective of this thesis is to determine the efficiency of usage of production factors in the manufacturing process of specific company and to identify indicators of productivity, their variations and reasons for those variations. The thesis further describes the extent to which the company uses the possibilities of increasing the productivity and then suggests the next course of action for streamlining the manufacturing process. |
