| Abstract: | Obsahem mé bakalářské práce "Srovnání přístupů k penzijnímu připojištění v ČR a zvolené zemi" je v první řadě popis důchodového systému jako celku. Zaměřuji se především na důchodový systém v České republice, konkrétně pak na penzijní připojištění, na jeho strukturu, výhody a nevýhody, na navrhované změny v souvislosti s důchodovou reformou a jejich případné přínosy. Dále se věnuji problematice porovnávání důchodových systémů a konkrétně se zaměřuji na důchodový systém a penzijní připojištění v Nizozemsku. V závěru své práce se zabývám porovnáním penzijního připojištění v České republice a Nizozemsku. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor thesis "The Comparison of Approaches to the Additional Pension Insurance in the Czech Republic and Chosen Country" is primarily a description of the pension scheme as a whole. I focus on the pension scheme in the Czech Republic, especially on the additional pension insurance, its structure, advantages and disadvantages, proposed changes related to the pension reform and potential benefits linked to these changes. I deal with the comparison of different pension schemes, especially with the focus on the pension scheme and additional pension insurance in the Netherlands. At the conclusion of my work I compare the pension schemes and additional pension insurance in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. |
