| Abstract: | V současné době se objevuje stále více svobodných matek a instituce manželství již není pro rodinný život tolik důležitá. Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit nynější situaci svobodných matek v české společnosti a zjistit, jaký vliv má na rozhodnutí o vstupu na trh práce. Téma svobodných matek je v této době aktuální i z hlediska plánovaných voleb do Poslanecké sněmovny, protože každá strana se ve volebních programech zabývá mimo jiné také rodinnou politikou. Teoretická část práce bude zkoumat, proč vůbec ženy chtějí být a jsou svobodnými matkami a jaké dávky jim v souvislosti s jejich rodinným stavem a životní situací náleží. Pohledem svobodné matky budou zhodnoceny poměry na trhu práce, zejména překážky, motivace ke vstupu na pracovní trh a harmonizace rodinného a profesního života. V praktické části budou vytvořeny fiktivní rodiny s různým typem rodinného uspořádání s cílem ukázat zneužívání sociálního systému státu, na které navazují vlastní doporučení. Hlavními zdroji budou data z Českého statistického úřadu, Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí a Výzkumného ústavu práce a sociálních věcí. |

| Abstract: | Nowadays there are a lot of single mothers and the institution of marriage is not as important for the family life as it used to be. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the present situation of single mothers in the Czech society and to assess the influence of unmarried motherhood on a decision about whether or not to enter the labor market. Currently the topic of single mothers is important because of the election to the Chamber of Deputies since each political party deals with family policy. The theoretical part of thesis evaluates reasons why women want to be and are single mothers, as well as what social benefits they can obtain in their situation. The situation on the labor market will be evaluated from the point of view of a single mother, and the evaluation will focus especially on barriers, motivations to enter the labor market and the reconciliation of work and family life. The practical part presents several model families with various types of family structure with the purpose to show how the social system is abused. Own recommendation follow. The main resources of data are Czech statistical office, Ministry of labor and social affairs and Research institute for labor and social affairs. |
