| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na skupinu Erste Group a konkrétně na banky Erste Bank, Slovenskou spořitelnu a Českou spořitelnu. Podrobněji se zabývá bankovními poplatky na běžných účtech nabízených retailu, pro větší reálnost studie je zařazen i kontokorentní úvěr, jako další sledovaný produkt. Najdete zde dvě analýzy bankovních poplatků, analýza jednotlivých bankovních poplatků a analýza modelových klientů. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis is focused on bank charges associated with current accounts and overdrafts in Austria, the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic. It Focuses exclusively on retail clients and financial group Erste Bank, which is one of the most important on the financial market. The first part is familiarization with the offered products and the second part is analysis, which aims to confirm or refute Capgemini study, Scott & Rose study and the European Commission study. The analysis is conducted from the perspective of the individual charges and model cases. Model cases are performed on the example of three types of clients who are different frequency of the use transactions. The result of bachelor thesis is that for one type of client is confirmed the Scott & Rose study. Other studies have not confirmed nor refuted. |
