| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o dopadech Lisabonské smlouvy pozměňující Smlouvu o Evropské unii a Smlouvu o založení Evropské unie ve vztahu k právnímu řádu ČR. V první polovině práce se zabývám otázkou, zda je vůbec Lisabonská smlouva v souladu s ústavním pořádkem ČR. Pro její zodpovězení analyzuji tzv. lisabonské nálezy Ústavního soudu ČR a nález Spolkového ústavního soudu SRN. V druhé polovině se věnuji problematice justiční spolupráce v trestních věcech a justiční spolupráce v občanských věcech. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the effects of the Treaty of Lisbon amending the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty establishing the European Community in relation to the legal order of the Czech Republic. In the first half of the thesis I deal with question, whether is the Treaty of Lisbon conformable with constitutional order of the Czech Republic at all. To answer this question I analyze so - called lisbon decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and the decision of the Federal Constitutional Court of the German Republic. In second half of the thesis I deal with the problems of the judicial cooperation in criminal matters and judicial cooperation in civil matters. |
