| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá právní úpravou smlouvy o dílo ve vztazích mezi podnikateli. V první kapitole je popisováno, jak je smlouva o dílo upravena v českém obchodním zákoníku. Druhá kapitola rozebírá právní úpravu smlouvy o dílo ve Spolkové republice Německo a zdůrazňuje její specifika. Ve třetí kapitole je provedeno srovnání obou právních úprav v otázkách určení ceny díla podle rozpočtu, dokončení a předání předmětu díla a nároků z vad díla. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the legal regulation of the contract of work in business relations. In the first chapter it is described how the contract of work is regulated in the Czech commercial code. The second chapter focuses on the legal regulation of the contract of work in the Federal Republic of Germany and stresses its specifics. In the third chapter a comparison is made between both legal regulations in the matters of the determination of the price according to a calculation, completion and transfer of the object of work and claims for defects. |
