| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá studiem změn v chování klientů v oblasti pronájmů a prodeje nemovitostí v Praze v době krize. První teoretická část se věnuje specifikacím a definicím marketingu, marketingového výzkumu a marketingové segmentace s podrobnějším rozdělením klientů do skupin. V druhé části se nachází analýza činnosti společnosti Inversiones en Renta RC Alfa s.r.o., změny v chování jejich klientů v době krize a návrh na vylepšení do budoucna. |

The theoretical part deals with the specifications and definitions of marketing, marketing research and market segmentation and a more detailed division of clients into groups. The second part is an analysis of the company Inversiones en Renta RC Alfa s.r.o., changes in the behavior of their clients in times of crisis and the proposed improvements for the future. |
