| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá právními aspekty při instalaci a provozování solárních zdrojů energie. Jde o poměrně složitou oblast právních předpisů, vyhlášek a ustanovení. Cílem je analyzovat tuto oblast jak z hlediska příslušných zákonů, tak z hlediska praktického uplatnění. Práce popisuje technické předpoklady fotovoltaiky, státní instituce a monopolní distribuční společnosti. Logickým pokračováním je výklad zákonů a vyhlášek v oboru a jejich uplatňování v praxi a následný právní postup při výstavbě fotovoltaické elektrárny. V roce 2010 došlo k významným změnám v zákonech, a tak práce hodnotí i současnou situaci a změny, které v tomto roce proběhly. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor Thesis deals with the legal issues concerning the instalation and operation of solar energy sources. It is a quite complex domain of legislations, ordinances and regulations. The objective is to analyze this topic from legal point of view as well as from the practical application of this matter. This Bachelor Thesis describes premises of photovoltaics, government institutions and monopolistic distribution companies. A logical follow-up is the interpretation of applicable laws and ordinances, its practical excercise and the following legal procedure while constructing solar collectors. There has been major legal development concerning this issue during the year 2010 and therefore the Bachelor Thesis summarizes current situation and changes that have been made this year. |
