| Abstract: | Cílem mé práce bylo charakterizovat živnostenské podnikání v České republice a rozebrat problémy, které s podnikáním souvisí. V práci jsem se zaměřila také na změny, které přinesla novelizace živnostenského zákona zákonem č. 130/2008 Sb. V úvodní části bakalářské práce je nastíněna zákonná úprava dané oblasti, definovány základní pojmy související s živnostenským podnikáním - pojem živnost, subjekty, druhy živností, podmínky provozování živnosti a další. Dále jsem se zaměřila na charakteristiku živnostenského oprávnění, na jeho vznik, změny a zánik. Zmínila jsem živnostenský rejstřík a výši současných správních poplatků, které musí podnikatel v souvislosti s živnostenským podnikáním hradit za úkonu státních orgánů. Významná část mé práce je věnována také živnostenské kontrole. V závěru práce jsem se zaměřila na podnikání zahraničních osob v České republice a poté shrnula získané poznatky a vyjádřila svůj názor k problematice živnostenského podnikání. |

| Abstract: | The objective of my work was to describe trade business in the Czech Republic and to resolve issues associated with the trade business. In my work I focused on the impacts following the more complex amendments of The Trades Licensing Act, implemented by the Act no. 130/2008 Coll. The first part of this work deals with the legal regulations of trade business, it also defines the basic concepts of trade activities - the term trade business, subjects, types and conditions of trade business and other. Next I focused on the characteristic of trade licence, its creation, alternations and termination. I mentioned the Trade Register and the rate of actual administrative charges, which must be paid for the acts of the state bodies. The important part of my work describes the state control of trade business. At the end of my work I focused on the trade business for the foreign persons in the Czech Republic and after it I summarized the knowledges gained and expressed my opinion of the trade business issues. |
