| Abstract: | Evropská komise je jednou za základních institucí Evropské unie. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na právní úpravu Evropské komise v kontextu změn zavedených Lisabonskou smlouvou. Cílem práce je popsat vývoj právní úpravy této instituce a díky analýze její reformy postihnout význam Lisabonské smlouvy jako takové. Aby bylo možné lépe pochopit rozsah a dopad změn zavedených Lisabonskou smlouvou, věnuje se práce také právní úpravě Komise dle Niceské smlouvy. Právní úpravy dle Smlouvy z Nice a Lisabonské smlouvy nejsou jen popsány, ale také porovnány, s důrazem na ustanovení, v nichž se tyto úpravy liší. Pro úplnost je úprava dle Lisabonské smlouvy v některých bodech porovnána s navrhovanou úpravou dle Smlouvy o Ústavě pro Evropu. |

| Abstract: | European Commission is one the main institutions of the European Union. This bachelor thesis focuses on legislation of European Commission in the context of the changes brought about by the Treaty of Lisbon. The aim of thesis is to describe the development of the legislation of Commission and trough analysis of its reform show the sense of the Treaty of Lisbon as such. To better understand the extent and impact of these changes, thesis deals also with legislation of the Commission enacted by the Treaty of Nice. The legislations are described and compared, with emphasis on part in which these two treaties differ. To complete the thesis, the legislation according to the Treaty of Lisbon is in some points compared with legislation from proposed Constitution for Europe. |
