| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem a srovnáním hlavních prvků struktury a činnosti derivátových burz ICE, ISE a CBOE působících na trhu Spojených států amerických. Burzy jsou podrobeny srovnání především z hlediska regulace, členství, obchodních systémů a produktů. V závěrečné kapitole je věnován prostor analýze statistických dat, která vypovídají o obchodní aktivitě a složení obchodovaných produktů na srovnávaných burzovních trzích. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with analysis and comparison of key elements of the structure and activity of derivatives exchanges ICE, ISE and CBOE operating in the United States of America market. The exchanges are compared mainly in terms of regulation, membership, trading systems and products. The final chapter is devoted to evaluating the statistical data to demonstrate commercial activity and composition of the products traded on the compared on-exchange markets. |
