| Abstract: | Za posledních pár let v České republice značně vzrostl zájem o výrobu elektrické energie z obnovitelných zdrojů, větrné elektrárny nevyjímaje. V souvislosti s nimi vyvstává několik otázek technicko-ekonomického charakteru, z nichž některými se zabývá tato práce. První část se orientuje na teoretický rámec zkoumané oblasti. Jeho součástí je historický vývoj a legislativa vztahující se na větrnou energii a problematika zájmových skupin zde působící. Druhá, analytická část práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomických aspektů výroby větrné energie. Jak je tento zdroj ekonomicky efektivní i samotná regulace tohoto odvětví je řadu let ožehavým tématem. Práce se proto zaměřuje na náklady spojené s výrobou energie z VTE a jejich dopad do cen pro konečné spotřebitele. Dále je analyzována návratnost investice do VTE při regulované i neregulované výkupní ceně větrné energie a jsou konstatovány změny na trhu vyvolané existencí regulačních opatření v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: | Over the past few years in the Czech Republic has significantly increased the interest in electricity production from renewable sources, wind power plants are no exception. In connection with them, there are several technical and economical issues, some of them deals with this work. The first part focuses on the theoretical framework of the studied area. It includes a historical developments and legislation related to wind energy issues, and the matter of interest groups operating in this area. The second, analytical part deals with the evaluation of economic aspects of wind energy production. How is this resource economically effective as well as regulation of this industry itself is a sensitive issue for many years. Therefore this part focuses on the costs associated with energy production from VTE and their impact on prices for final consumers. Furthermore, there is the analysis of ROI to VTE by regulated and unregulated purchase price of wind energy and there are stated the changes on the market provoked by the existence of regulatory measures in this area. |
