| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit vhodný systém výběru dodavatelů pro konkrétní podnik ZKL, a.s. Bakalářská práce byla vypracovávána přímo v podniku ZKL, a.s. a to přesněji v jeho centrále v Brně. Podnětem pro zpracování nového systému výběru dodavatelů je celková restrukturalizace koncernu ZLK, a.s. V teoretické části je zmiňována teorie rozhodování, kde jsou popsány převážně metody rozhodování. Další částí je teorie nákupu, kde se ve zkratce zmiňuji o významu a funkcích nákupu a s ním souvisejícím výběrem dodavatele. V praktické části analyzuji stávající stav nákupních procesů v koncernu ZKL, a.s. Zde také na základě teoretických poznatků navrhuji systém výběru dodavatelů. Závěrem bakalářské práce je vypracovaná vnitropodniková směrnice pro výběr dodavatelů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis was to develop an appropriate system for selection of contractors for specific enterprise ZKL. Bachelor's thesis was written directly in the company ZKL, in its headquarters in Brno. The impulse for making the new systém of suppliers selecting was the restructuring of the whole ZLK Group. The theoretical part focuses of decision-making theory, which moslty describes methods of decision making. Another part is about the purchase, the importance and functions of purchase and the related supplier selection. The practical part will analyze the current situation in the purchasing process ZKL. I also propose a system for selecting suppliers based on the theoretical knowledge. . Finally, there is a directive for the selection of suppliers. |
