| Abstract: | Předmětem mé bakalářské práce jsou přezkumné systémy v České republice, Velké Británii a Irsku. V úvodní části jsou popsány veřejné zakázky a obecně kontrolní systémy a jejich možnosti. Hlavní část je zaměřena na podrobný popis kontrolních systémů ve třech zmíněných státech. Práce je zakončena jejich komparativní analýzou, která poukazuje na některé výhody a nevýhody včetně doporučení pro Českou republiku. |

| Abstract: | The subjects of thesis are the review systems in public procurement in the Czech Republic, United Kingdom and Ireland. In the introductory part the public procurement are defined, after which follows basic information about control systems and its possibilities. Main part is concentrated on detailed description of review systems in three mentioned states. The work is finished by the comparative analysis, which points to some advantages and disadvantages including some recommendations for the Czech Republic. |
