| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou průvodcovských služeb ve vybraných historických sídlech České republiky. První část definuje základní pojmy - průvodcovské služby a historické sídlo. Druhá část charakterizuje průvodcovskou činnost jako celek a zabývá se historií a současným stavem průvodcovských služeb v historických sídlech (městech). Třetí část obsahuje analýzu dotazníků vyplněných pracovníky informačních center a čtvrtá část shrnuje doporučení pro zlepšení služeb průvodců ve městech. |

| Abstract: | The work is concerned with the analysis of the guide services in some historical seats of the Czech Republic. The first part defines basic concepts - guide services and a historical seat. The second part characterizes guide services as a whole and is concerned with history and present of guide services in historical seats (towns/cities). The third part contains the analysis of questionairres answered by information centre workers and the fourth part summarizes recommendations for improvement of the guide services in the towns/cities. |
