Abstract: | Práce si klade za cíl vyhodnotit stav webové navigace z hlediska webdesignu na vybraném vzorku internetových obchodů v České republice. Výzkum je dosažen stanovením metodiky, která definuje: šetřený vzorek internetových obchodů, šetřené typy navigací a zkoumané kvalitativní charakteristiky spjaté s designem webové navigace. Dle stanovaných kritérií je prezentováno vyhodnocení stavu včetně shrnutí nejdůležitějších poznatků formou autorova doporučení. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř celků. První kapitola přináší úvod do webové navigace a stanovuje filosofii, jakou je k práci přistupováno. Následuje teoretické pojednání o navigačním systému a designových charakteristikách, které je výchozí informační základnou pro třetí část stanovující metodiku kvalitativních charakteristik spjatých s designem navigace, které jsou v závěrečném oddílu na vybraném vzorku vyhodnoceny. |

Abstract: | The primary purpose of this study is to explore web navigation design practices on e-commerce sites in the Czech Republic. Qualitative research methodology was utilized in this study defining: sample of e-commerce sites, navigation types and qualitative design properties of web navigation. The collected data are presented in compliance with the utilized methodology including summary of important empirical evidences in shape of recommendation for e-commerce companies. The thesis consists of four parts: the first chapter brings up an introduction to web navigation and sets thesis philosophy. The next chapter introduces the theoretical discourse about navigation systems and design characteristics as information base for the third part describing methodology of qualitative characteristics adherent to web navigation which are evaluated in the final part. |
