| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá penzijním připojištěním se státním příspěvkem. Popisuje systém, jak penzijní připojištění funguje a jak je omezeno zákonem. Cílem práce je popsat vývoj a současný stav penzijního připojištění a ohodnotit jak jsou zhodnoceny příspěvky účastníků, které vkládají do penzijních fondů. Součástí této práce je i stručný popis současných problémů a návrh jejich řešení. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny některé změny, o kterých se uvažuje v rámci důchodové reformy a které by ovlivnily penzijní připojištění. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is concerned with additional pension insurance with state contribution. It describes how the superannuation scheme works and how it is restricted by law. The goal of this thesis is to describe the secular trend and current state of the additional pension insurance and assess the appreciation of participants contributions. The thesis includes a brief description of current issues and solution suggestions. In the end there are some changes which are considered as a part of pension reform evetually affecting additional pension insurance mentioned. |
