| Abstract: | Cílem práce je srovnání revitalizačního potenciálu obou území a zhodnocení plánovaných projektů využití industriálních staveb na území obou městských částí. V tomto směru jsou uvedeny příklady industriálních staveb obou území, jejich původní a minulé využití a je popsán jejich současný stav. Práce vyhodnocuje pozitivní a negativní stránky uskutečněných i plánovaných projektů a jejich vliv na okolí. Zohledňují se obě území z hlediska jejich historického vývoje, současného využití a zátěže a budoucích záměrů v kontextu omezení daných umístěním, územním plánem a vnějšími, nejen ekonomickými, vazbami. Doplňkovou součástí práce je jednoduchá příkladová studie již revitalizovaného území obdobného charakteru jinde ve světě. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to compare the revitalization potential of both area and value of projects planned use of industrial buildings of two city districts. In this respect, there are examples of industrial buildings both areas, and their past original use and describes their current status. This work evaluates the positive and negative aspects of actual and planned projects and their impact on the environment. Take into account the terms of their historical development, current use and future workload and projects in the context of the constraints of location, the zoning plan and the outside not only economic ties. Additional part of the work is a simple case study of revitalized area with similar character elsewhere in the world. |
