| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracovat strategickou analýzu společnosti AiP Safe s.r.o. a formulovat doporučení pro její budoucí rozvoj. První částí práce je externí analýza, která je zpracována na základě PEST analýzy a Porterova modelu pěti sil. Druhá část práce je interní analýza zdrojů podniku. Výstupem těchto analýz jsou příležitosti, hrozby, silné a slabé stránky společnosti, které jsou vyhodnoceny ve SWOT analýze. |

The first part of the thesis is focused on external analysis (PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model). Second part describes internal resources of the company. External and internal analyses identify opportunities, threats, strenghts and weaknesses of the company which are evaluated in the SWOT analysis. |
