| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analýza podnikových procesů v konkrétním podniku. Nejprve je v práci stručně popsán úvod do teorie procesního modelování, následně je popsána vybraná konkrétní metodika a nástroj procesního modelování a nakonec je uveden procesní model konkrétního podniku. Mezi přínosy práce by mělo patřit propojení teoretických poznatků o modelování procesů s praktickou zkušeností s modelováním procesů přímo v reálném podniku a další přínos by mělo představovat využití samotného procesního modelu v daném podniku. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of the work is to analyze business processes in a particular company. At the beginning of the work, there is briefly described the introduction to the theory of the process modelling. Next there is a narration of the specific methodology chosen and the process modelling tool. Finally, there is the process model of a concrete company. The benefits of the work should encompass the connection in the theoretical knowledge of the modelling process with the practical experience of the modelling process directly in a real business. Another benefit should be presented by the usage of the actual process model in the company mentioned. |
